Automatic line for grinding and polishing straight tubes up to max diameter 127 mm. This unit consists of bundle stock with step—by—step loading system to have the tubes one by one loaded on the grinding/polishing units in order to avoid any damaging or bumping during the polishing process. Polishing heads work through orbital belt grinding system and according to the finishing requirements can be set up as multiheads version up to 4 or even more grinding heds in line. Tubes unloading is managed through a step-by-step unloading system in order to preserve the finish quality ; finished tubes are then forwarder by a belt conveyor through the packing device in order to protect the finished products from any damaging.
